THE AMBIENT TOOLBOX
Five effects that cover the full ambient signal chain, from looping and layering to delay, reverb, and granular deconstruction.
Enso is a tape-style looper with decoupled record and play heads, variable speed and direction, four sectors with crossfading, and onboard saturation, filtering, and chorus. Record up to ten minutes of stereo audio and build evolving layers with Frippertronics-style feedback or conventional overdub modes.
Circa is a six-layer looping workstation. Each layer runs independently or synced to the host, with touch strips for speed and position, a self-recording buss for feedback loops, and built-in reverb, delay, EQ, and compression. Seven stereo outputs and full MIDI control make it a complete live performance tool.
Other Desert Cities is a creative delay with six algorithms, from standard stereo and reverse delays to granular pitch-shifting and multi-head tape emulation. Two tempo-synced LFOs and an envelope follower can modulate nearly every parameter, and a diffusor pushes the feedback path toward reverb territory.
Descent is a granular delay and reverb that captures incoming audio, breaks it into grains, and scatters them across time and pitch. Up to 50 simultaneous grains with six-axis randomization, pitch quantization, and diffusion control for everything from subtle thickening to frozen soundscapes.
Ascent is a dual-engine reverb combining a hall algorithm with a pitch-shifting particle engine for shimmer effects. Pitch transposition from -12 to +12 semitones, a built-in ducking compressor that keeps reverb tails out of the way of your dry signal, and a Pitch Decay envelope for controlling how the shimmer rises.
